Reds win the Germany

On the day Jordan Henderson decided to go and earn a Saudi fortune Liverpool started life without him by beating German second division side Karlsruher4-2. With barely a minute of the three minutes added time left it looked like everyone would be happy with a two-all draw, but then Diego Jota scored twice to make the large Liverpool contingent very happy. Several academy lads got minutes which will make them happy. The other goals game from Núñez and Gakpo. Our Hungarian summer signing Dominik Szoboszlai played in the first half and Alexis Mac Allister came on at halftime.
