I may be in the minority but I see the League Cup as an important trophy. We celebrated two great days down at Wembley under Jurgen and beating Chelsea. On the way to last seasons triumph we beat West Ham at Anfield 5-1. Hopefully this game against West Ham was one of those magical co-incidents as we beat them 5-1 again. A daft own goal put us in arrears but Jota soon levelled. The second half saw us score four more, Jota again, Mo and then a late couple from Gakpo and surely that warmed up the faithful on a cold and rainy night. Brighton away next, no easy draws for us.
