Bradford City 1 Liverpool 3

The second game of the elongated warm-up campaign took us to Bradford to lend support for ex-red Stephen Darby who now lives with MND. So the result and performance secondary and a sell out crowd helped the cause. First half wasn’t too bad with Milner scoring with a deflected long rage drive and a penalty. Brewster again found the net and it was 3-0 at halftime before the next Liverpool line up took to the stage. It wasn’t as our support might have hoped and all a bit ragged. Bradford pulled one back from the penalty spot and both squads were given a fine ovation at the end of the encounter.
