Red All Over YouTube Tonight

Morning World

The latest episode of Red All Over YouTube goes on air tonight at 6.30pm UK time.

Tonight’s principal guests are the legendary Liverpool player Ian Callaghan and Merseyside Radio Presenter John Keith.

Ian Callaghan started to play for Liverpool in 1960 and played in the sides that won the Second Division title in 1961/62, the title winning sides of 63/64, 65/66, 72/73 under Bill Shankly and of course the 1965 & 1974 FA Cup winning sides, plus a UEFA Cup win. Under Bob Paisley there would be two more league titles, another UEFA Cup and then the great European Cup triumph of 1977, Ian was also part of the squad that retained the European Cup in 1978. On the International front Ian played in the 1966 World Cup but wasn’t in the side that beat West Germany, but he did belatedly receive a medal. So, Ian has a fair bit to talk about.

John Keith, a former journalist with the Daily Express, radio presenter on the Merseyside stations, he has written several books including three with Ian Callaghan, knew both Bob and Bill personally and a host of other celebrated Liverpool greats. He has presented numerous theatre shows and today still works on radio broadcasting.

As always Graham Mack will host the show and I’ll be there as well talking about last season, next season and Red All Over The Land.
