Just Another Day In The Madhouse

When Mo netted his penalty to put us three up I looked at the clock and we’d played just over 15-minutes. Some away fans were already thinking about heading home but if any of them did, well they missed the show. The regular cast were there including the worlds worst referee Paul Tierney. All pantomimes have a villain, in this case it was ex-bitter Richarlison. To say at 3-0 we switched off would be an understatement, somebody must have pulled the plug. Or there was a power cut. A first goal of the season for Curtis Jones had set us on our way before Luis Diaz got his first since returning to the fold. Then came Mo, then came calamity. When Richarlison equalised in added time, hundreds got up and left. Scowling as they did so. Only those who stayed witnessed the final act. Jota cut in from the left wing and scored for LFC. Cue madness in the madhouse. Even Jurgen pulled a hamstring and got booked by the clown that is Paul Tierney. Just another day in Jurgen’s madhouse.
