Blowing In The Wind

There was a wild win blowing down on the south coast of England and Liverpool had to play an away Cup-tie in it.  Same for both sides, obviously and both Bournemouth and Liverpool gave it their best shot. As is his way, Jürgen made eight changes and what is now becoming known as the midweek team did what was expected of them. They won. Cody Gakpo gave us a first half lead but Bournemouth, making full use of the gale force wind levelled after halftime.  Cometh the hour, cometh the man. And after about 60-minutes on came Darwin Núñez to win the game for Liverpool.  West Ham and Moyesy next at Anfield and a semi-final place the reward for the winners.
