I can’t say I’m a big fan of the half paced football we saw at Anfield today against Accrington Stanley. I understand the reasons why and without moving into any upper gear we won 4-0 and I suppose that alone pleased the hordes of schoolkids getting a rare chance to see some of their heroes in action. Glad to see Jayden Danns score, probably even more pleased to see Federico Chiesa out on the pitch and scoring as well as hitting the post. Great goal from the Scouser in our Team and hopefully Jota will benefit from time on the pitch and another goal. Home draw in Round 4 would be nice.
