They said football was back, but not as we know it. That may have been the case with the empty stadium but on the pitch this was grim and hardly anything happened of note.  Alisson made a save near the end and Everton hit the post from the follow up.  Other than that, it was as tedious as the lockdown had become without football.  Still, the number of points required drops to five but getting there might mean even more tedium such as this.
