Happy New Year

Newcastle rolled into town wanting to get something out of the game. They got something. They got battered. The score doesn’t do the performance justice but you can blame the Newcastle ‘keeper for that. Yep, we missed chances, plenty of them, we missed a penalty but scored one. We let in two that the coaching team may have a word about but we scored four. Mo forgot the missed penalty and added two more to his collection. Curtis Jones scored a rare home goal.  Gakpo converted a Mo cross and we were singing in the rain. Three points clear, Happy New Year.
