Glory, Glory

Glory, glory is what the Tottenham fans have been singing since 1961 but the modern day Spur may say they’ve not had very much glory since then. I was a bit worried that our game down at what used to be White Hart Lane would be a goal fest because like Spurs we can score goals but like Spurs we can let a few in.  That’s what happened and I wasn’t surprised Spurs scored three, it’s what they can do.  I was, however, surprised that we scored six and could have scored more if we hadn’t relaxed.  Fantastic stuff, definitely a glory, glory day but as the boss said afterwards, stop letting them in please. Some of us are of a nervous disposition.
