Misty Eyed

When Leicester scored at the Anny Road end I didn’t know until the Leicester fans started cheering. I was on Row 4 of the Kop and visibility wasn’t good. As the first half laboured on and we hit the frame of the goal twice I was beginning to wish the fog would descend and we could start again another day.  When Cody Gakpo scored just before halftime I changed my mind.  Even so, there was still enough mist around when Curtis made it 2-1 followed by what seemed forever while they did a VAR check. Maybe they were misty eyed as well.  Ditto when they ruled out a third. Thankfully Mo finally put the game to rest and we could finally celebrate Fulham winning at Chelsea.
