On the football front Liverpool v Wolves was nothing more than cold turkey.  Liverpool this season have perfected the art of turning the simple into the difficult, relaxed into stress. Yes, we won, the only thing that is important in the final analysis, but did anybody really enjoy that last half an hour? Wirtz took us for a trip round wonderland, but we can’t keep hanging on, especially against maybe the worst team that’s played in the top-flight of English football.
