Editorial 32327 Apr 2026-Welcome to Issue 323 of Red All Over The Land. I decided to send this issue to the printers not long after the win down in the docklands. After a season of mostly mediocrity and dissatisfaction among the support it felt like a good idea to go out on some sort of high. Wallowing in David Moyes misery is some kind of fun; it doesn’t change anything but at least for a few days we had reasons to be cheerful. I’ve never been viewed as an optimist and I accept we could still trip over our own feet but finishing in the UEFA consolation spot of fifth is now a distinct possibility. For Liverpool, Champions League football has to be… ...
Liverpool 3 Palace 126 Apr 2026-Forget a fantastic fifth, let’s go for the fabulous fourth. My amnesty with Arne remains in place for another week after the 3-1 win over Palace. Isak scored a lucky one, Robbo and Wirtz scored good ‘uns. Three shots on target, three goals and I’d say Freddie Woodman was our man of the match. Yellow cards all-round the ground for FSG. ...
Red All Over YouTube21 Apr 2026-Red All Over YouTube is back this evening going live from 6.30pm. Our extra special guest will be George Sephton who can tell us what his first year out the Anfield box has been like. We'll catch up on our recent events such as the Joey Jones night and the golf day. We will mention the action SoS and company are planning as we oppose the ticket price rises. I'm sure we'll mention the derby, Mo & Robbo. The link is: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6uNGy9pGv5o You don't have to watch live as the link stays in place for some time. Share the link with whoever you wish. Kind Regards JJP ...
Everton 1 Liverpool 220 Apr 2026-The only thing that matters in the derby is the result. This wasn’t just their Cup Final it was ours too. No trophy, no parade but we can stand on top of the Liver Building, King Kong like, beat our chest and shout This City Is Ours. Mo goes into the history books as the first player to score in an Everpool game at their new abode. VvD goes in as the first player to score the winner. For the first time in a long time, we can enjoy the coming week. ...
Liverpool 0 PSG 215 Apr 2026-We did our best, but our best wasn’t good enough. PSG deserved to go through even if their 2-0 win at Anfield flattered them whereas the margin of their 4-0 aggregate win over the two games didn’t. If the overruled penalty had been given, well who knows. We didn’t create too much in the first half, and the problem was in the second half when we were on top the final pass, the final move, that bit of creativity didn’t happen. Bread and butter time now to get that fifth spot, time for the players to finally deliver but the fixture list doesn’t look like our best friend. ...
Liverpool 2 Fulham 012 Apr 2026-Two good goals, a clean sheet, a 2-0 win and three points. We beat Fulham and keep the bid for a top five finish alive. The goals from Rio and Mo within a few minutes of each other came as a relief. Both quality and with more than a touch of class. We didn’t defend brilliantly but we defended okay. Nobody had a great game, but nobody had a poor game and take a bow Andy Robertson because you brought a touch of class to the game, as did Mo. It’s the not so long goodbye. Some of us know, we’ll never see their like again. Tuesday and PSG will be at a different level but for once we can… ...
Editorial Issue 3229 Apr 2026-Welcome to Issue 322 of Red All Over The Land. We can’t deny that since they became the custodians of Liverpool FC, FSG have done us proud. Most of what they’ve done for the club has been for the good of not just the club but also the supporters. However, the rise in line with inflation over the next three years regarding ticket prices has been, rightly, seen as a kick in the teeth. The response of such as the Spirit of Shankly and others is covered in detail elsewhere in this issue. However, the first action has been announced and that is, NOT ANOTHER POUND IN THE GROUND [See SoS comment]. That is just the starting point, there will… ...
PSG 2 Liverpool 09 Apr 2026-Once again, totally outplayed and not a single shot on target. The 2-0 defeat against PSG leaves us with a mountain to climb but no doubt there will be references to Barca in 2019. Different team, different mentality, different manager. ...
Manchester City 4 Liverpool 04 Apr 2026-Not much to say because a millions words have already been said and two of them would have been embarrassing and shambles. Not really much more to add. To see thousands of Liverpool fans stream out the ground with still half an hour left, said it all, ...
