Some reports suggested beating Wolves in the FA Cup three days after the shocking showing and loss in the league was revenge. Nothing can be further from the truth. This was, maybe, compensation and for some of us progress in the FA Cup matters. The first half wasn’t too different to some other performances but the second half was a lot better. Robbo’s goal was a reminder of just how good a player he still is, laying on the second for Mo confirmed it. Curtis scored for the second successive Cup game and one of the star performers was Rio Ngumoha. I will wait for the draw sometime on Monday night hoping for a home draw, not worried about who we get.
