That'll do nicely.  Another tough away day negotiated. Being top at Christmas doesn't count apart from on Sky but it's a good feeling. It wasn't perfect because we were a bit sloppy at times but we got away with it but in general it was fine. Another Mo goal and VvD - well we watch...

Cold wet night in Burnley; not a nice thought but we got through despite going a goal down early in the second half. Milner, Firminho and Shaq scored our goals but the Joe Gomez broken legs marred the occasion....

Euro away is becoming a nightmare, fifth successive defeat on tour. Not what conquering all of Europe was meant to be about. One shot on target - a Milner penalty, v Red Star, hardly a shot and v Napoli not a shot.  Going to be tough now....

Started poor but thankfully improved. Need to start dominating in more commanding fashion. Better second half and no real worries once in front. Henderson was stupid to get sent off. Doesn't do himself too many favours at times. Mo, TAA and Firmino scored the goals, three points but can still improve....

Not brilliant but enough to earn three points. Quick thinking got us the first goal and good on yer Mo. Quality got the second thanks to a Robbo cross and a finish from Shaq that oozed class...
