Okay, we beat Wolves but looked both tired and weary in doing so.  It was possibly the worst we've played all season in the league, certainly since Forest beat us. The goals from Diaz and Mo gave us what some saw as a comfortable two goal lead at halftime, but in some ways it flattered...

Spurs came with the advantage of a goal lead but were blown away by the raucous Anfield atmosphere and the brilliance of the Liverpool team. In the end, I think Spurs went home glad it wasn't more than four.  The Dutch Masters [those on and off the pitch] dominated the game, our Magyar looked supreme...

Losing by the odd goal in five against PSV in Eindhoven didn't really matter. Arne left almost the entire team back home in Liverpool and used the game to give not just the underused squad players game time but a few of the Academy lads as well.  A Cody Gakpo pen and a Harvey Elliott...
